My twins had to make a list of things they wanted to possibly write about this year. Things that made the list:
* Our babysitter, Caleb
* Fishing at night for "muk-luks"
* Painting rocks with grandma
* Cooking Class
* Our first hockey game together
* Nationals - Gymnastics
* Family Game Nights
* Family trip to St. Louis
* Big Sister's birthday
* Old World Wisconsin trips
There are many more too. They didn't have to look far for inspiration. Our house is full of photo albums of memories that we have created in the last three years. Pretty much every available wall space has some memory posted on it.
It just made me appreciate how much we have done together as a family. I have loved spending time with my kiddos. I love family game nights and family movie nights. I love date nights with the kiddos and our pj nights. I love being that house in the neighborhood where the kids just drop in on. I love hearing the laughter, the smiles and the giggles.
We have had our share of struggles. We have had our share of problems. If I had to make a list of the good and bad... well, for us... the good would more than double the not so good. I wouldn't trade it for anything.
