Ok folks. Just a heads up. It's going to be one of those kind of weeks. You know, the type where you feel like you could press fast forward and miss a week.
We will have court this week. If their mom doesn't make an appearance, it could mean making some decisions and moving on without any of her input. (For those of you counting... this would speed up the process to a possible adoption). If she does make an appearance, we will find out if it is to a be a jury or judge trail. Or maybe even a new judge will rule. It will be basically setting up some of the landscape of what will be up and coming.
We also will be graced with two different case worker visits. Although scheduling them back to back is a pretty neat thing. (I only have to scrub the house down only once then). Really, not sure why that bothers me, as my house is pretty clean, I just feel like it needs to "sparkle" for them. One worker is coming to do the interviews for Peter and I for the adoption home study. The other worker is the on-going case manager who will be just "checking in".
We also have lots of appointments. The kiddos have their typically Monday appointments. I have to have an ultrasound done of my "big heart" too.
Then of course, we have all the other family activities. Gymnastics, Soccer practice, Tae Kwon Do, swim lessons, tutoring and even PTO Italian Night! Oh and Saturday is another 1/2 long gymnastics meet.
Yep, is it next Monday already??
