crave
verb (used with object)
It seems these days that I'm craving the all the wrong things. I mean, I can say that I want what is good for me, but I really don't want to put the effort into it. I don't want to eat better or move more. I don't want to spend less. I don't want... I don't want... Yeah. I hear myself.
Isn't that how it feels some times? You've spent all your energy trying to do good in other areas that when you have to get healthy you just don't feel like you have any energy left for it? Or worse, you don't feel like you have that energy left to do what God asks of you? I believe it's because we rely on our own strength to get us through.
What would happen if we do our part and pray for and accept God's part?
"I can do all things through him who strengthens me." ~Philippians 4:13

"I can do all things through him who strengthens me." ~Philippians 4:13
"Have you not known? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint." ~ Isaiah 40:28-31
