Stress Fracture

"A stress fracture is one type of incomplete fracture"
"caused by "unusual or repeated stress" and also heavy continuous weight"
"usually characterized by a solitary, severe impact."
"A stress fracture could present as a generalized area of pain and tenderness"
"Occasionally, darkening or bruising will be seen at the site."  - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stress_fracture

I think my heart may have a stress fracture.
